- Flip Petillion was appointed as emergency arbitrator, ordering interim measures in a matter opposing a distributor and importer of industrial trucks to a former business partner. The claimant considered that its former business partner violated the terms of a settlement agreement regarding the use of licensed trademarks and acted contrary to fair commercial practices
- Diégo Noesen represented a major car importer in litigation resulting from the 2015 Volkswagen emission scandal
