We assisted investors in the creation of Euro Belgian Airlines, taking over assets from Trans European Airlines that was liquidated in the 90s. Later, the company was sold to the Virgin Group headed by Richard Branson, who renamed it Virgin Express. Key in the project were the negotiations of the airline licenses, the aircraft leases and the commercial contracts, all vital for the business of the charter company.

We advised Brazilian airline company VASP in commercial matters and assisted the group when it decided to wind up its activities in the 2000s.

We also advised CAE, a company training pilots, formerly known as the Sabena Flight Academy.
