We have been supporting counsel in investor-state arbitrations (the International Centre for Settlement of International Disputes (ICSID, Washington, DC, USA) and the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce ((SCC), Stockholm, Sweden)).
We worked with a great number of well-known arbitrators like Professor Michel Flamée, late Mr André Faurès, and Professor baron Hans Van Houtte, the latter two especially well-known in international arbitrations.
