Diégo Noesen has contributed to the recently published book “Les droits intellectuels en 2026 : défis et opportunités”, a collective work bringing together insights from ten intellectual property specialists.

In his article, Diégo explores the impact of the NIS2 Directive—along with its transposition into Belgian law—on the enforcement of intellectual property rights. He focuses in particular on the evolving framework governing access to domain name registration data, a key issue for rights holders navigating an increasingly security-driven regulatory environment.

Diégo presented his contribution on 11 March 2026 at a conference organised by the publisher Anthemis, where experts gathered to discuss the future challenges and opportunities shaping IP law.
