Flip Petillion moderates panel of arbitrators and intellectual property lawyers at AtlAS conference on "Leveraging Benefits and Overcoming Challenges in the Arbitration of International Intellectual Property Disputes"

Christof Siefarth, President of the Atlanta International Arbitration Society (AtlAS) invited Flip Petillion to the AtlAS May Plenary Meeting on Friday, May 17, 2024.
 

The AtlAS meeting will feature a panel titled “Leveraging Benefits and Overcoming Challenges in the Arbitration of International Intellectual Property Disputes.” Flip Petillion will moderate discussions with leading experts in arbitration and intellectual property.
 
AtlAS will welcome Lori Schulman (INTA); Matthew E. Draper (Draper & Draper); David Aylen (Gowling WLG), Georges Nahitchevansky (Kilpatrick), Mia Brickhouse (META)and Mark Supko (Crowell).
 

The meeting will take place the day before International Trademark Association (INTA) hosts its 2024 Annual Meeting, which will take place in Atlanta May 18-22, 2024. AtlAS Board Member Robbie Poplin will host the meeting at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP, located at 1100 Peachtree Street, Suite 2800, Atlanta, Georgia.
 
Lunch will be provided, and while in-person participation is encouraged, attendees may participate virtually as well.
