Flip Petillion Appointed Head of the Belgian Delegation to the CCBE.

We are pleased to share that the Board of Directors of the OVB (Orde van Vlaamse Balies) has appointed Flip Petillion as the Head of the Belgian Delegation to the CCBE (Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe). The announcement was confirmed yesterday by OVB’s president Peter Callens during the General Assembly.

This appointment will take effect in September 2025 and will run for a period of two years.

The CCBE plays a vital role in representing the interests of European lawyers and shaping legal policies across the EU.
