Intersentia and PETILLION organise seminar on the enforcement of IP rights in Europe

On 14 February 2019, Intersentia and PETILLION organise a seminar on the enforcement of intellectual property rights in and beyond the EU Member States.
During the seminar, speakers from top tier law firms in Belgium, the Netherlands, Romania, the United Kingdom, Germany, Norway and Switzerland will map the maze of intellectual property rights enforcement in Europe. They will address important topics relevant to their jurisdiction and provide attendants with an overview of the possibilities and pitfalls when taking action nationally and cross-border.
Speakers include:
Alfred Meijboom, Kennedy Van der Laan, the Netherlands
Ana-Maria Baciu, NNDKP, Romania
Matthew Harris, Waterfront Solicitors, the United Kingdom
Daniel Hoppe, Preu Bohlig & Partner, Germany
Mathias Lilleengen, Bing Hodneland, Norway
Bernard Volken, Fuhrer Marbach, Switzerland
Flip Petillion will moderate a debate with the speakers.
The seminar is intended for both practitioners who are active cross-border and internationally, and IP owners and general counsel who want in-depth information to coordinate actions in different Member States.
For more information on the seminar and to subscribe, please consult the brochure.
In the next few weeks, Intersentia will release the book Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights in the EU Member States. The book was an initiative of Flip Petillion who edited the book. It has been a collaborative effort of lawyers from top tier firms from all 28 EU Member States.
