Flip Petillion speaks at the International Intellectual Property Law Association 4th Global IP Summi

The theme of the Summit is the 'Changing Face of IP in a Multipolar World'.

Flip will speak at the session on 'TRIPS, WTO and IPR: Prevailing Issues and Emerging Trends'

He will discuss how IP enforcement faces problems because of (i) the growing importance of other rights, such as data protection, and (ii) the increasing consideration given to alternative protection, such as trade secrets.

The Summit takes place at the Radisson Blu Edwardian Vanderbilt Hotel, London, on June 14 and 15, 2018.
