Larcier releases book on the implementation of IP Enforcement Directive 2004/48 in Belgium

On 14 December 2017, legal publisher Larcier released the book on the implementation of IP Enforcement Directive 2004/48/EC in Belgium.
On the same day, Flip Petillion hosted a conference on the subject.
The book contains contributions by more than twenty authors, all recognised as specialising in IP and having handled landmark IP cases.
Flip Petillion took the initiative and edited the book. He contributed an article on the role of arbitration in the settlement of intellectual property disputes as an alternative to court litigation.
Diégo Noesen and Alexander Heirwegh of the PETILLION firm also contributed to the book. Diégo Noesen wrote on the recovery of fees and costs in Belgian IP court litigation. Alexander Heirwegh prepared a historic framework of Enforcement Directive 2004/48.
